Test and Going - Live
Once the solution has been integrated into your system architecture, it's time to test it and make sure it works properly. The goal here should be to push the system to your limits.
Initial testing is primarily about making sure the technology itself works. In this process, we will evaluate every microcosm and functionality of the entire technology. We want to make sure no codes have been broken by customization, confirm configurations throughout the system, and make sure data and transactions are flowing correctly through the system. This testing is ultimately about testing various elements of the system itself to confirm functionality before we move on to the other testing phases.
Once we can confirm that the system is indeed working correctly, we move on to integration testing. This is where the individual parts of the system network are tested. How each integration of the different systems works with the new solution is examined. This is usually done through end-to-end testing.
During integration testing, we will test the end-to-end processes in the new system architecture. These tests will highlight any areas that need attention and focus before going live. The last thing we want is for you to go live with a new system, only to find that the integration is not working somewhere in your system architecture.
