Project Management
Project management is responsible for the operational planning, execution, control and realization of projects. It accompanies a project from start to finish and maintains an overview of the process, the working methods of the project staff, the budget and the time frame. These are our tasks:
- Clarifying the problem and defining the project goals
- Creation of the project order as well as definition of the project scope and delimitation
- Preparation of the project planning (project structure, time milestone planning, budget/resource planning, quality assurance)
- Coordination of possible tenders for system or service procurement.
- Operational project management
- Management of rollouts
- Ongoing budget and cost controlling
- Ongoing status reporting and risk controlling
- Preparation and coordination of decision documents for change requests or acceptances

Together we form the teams and lead the project until going live.
